Office of Upazila Accounting Office, Ruma, Bandarban. Citizen Charter:-
 
1. Pass the salary and allowance bills of the officers/employees of the offices under audit.
2. Payroll and leave accounting.
3. Pass bills for supplies and services, repair and maintenance and other sectors of audited offices.
4. Payment of GPF advance/fixed amount, satisfaction of various loans and advance pension of officers/employees.
5. Payment of grant and project concessional claims based on the authority of the concerned CAO office.
6. Maintenance of accounts of expenditure against ministry wise receipts and underdevelopment and development budgets,
 and preparation of monthly accounts based thereon.
7. Reconciliation of accounts of UAO/offices with accounts of various offices at upazila level.
8. Receivable and Paying Bank Reconciliation with Sonali Bank
9. Taking measures to resolve audit objections raised by civil audit.
